Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off time may be shipped the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
- Orders received after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order has been dispatched, a second email containing your tracking information (where applicable) will be sent.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
TruForm Labs cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied during checkout.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately if you need to amend your delivery address.
International Orders
Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.
TruForm Labs cannot guarantee customs clearance and accepts no responsibility for:

- Import restrictions
- Import duties or taxes
- Seizure by customs authorities
- Returned international shipments due to local regulations

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, include:

- Photographs of the parcel
- Photographs of the product
- A brief description of the damage
This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to TruForm Labs because:
- An incorrect delivery address was supplied;
- Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;
- The parcel was not collected from the courier;
additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
